Let's Make Pasta! March 15 at 6pm Pacific (Updated, Error)
Pasta Recipe:
Filling Recipe:
Gourmet Gardens Italian Herbs, however much or little that you want to use, about a scant tablespoon if you need measurements.
A couple cloves of fresh garlic, crushed
Salt to taste
1 egg yolk
- Get a salted pot of water to a slow boil. Too rapid and the tortellini can suffer blow outs.
- Using a rolling pin or a pasta machine, roll out your pasta without pulling on the pasta. (I will not be demonstrating rolling pasta with a rolling pin due to shoulder injury). You will want it thin, and it's ok to work with the pasta in quarters, just remember to cover completely so it doesn't dry out. If using a pasta maker, you will start at zero and work your way up, rolling each size twice until you have reached 6.
- Using a biscuit cutter, cut to desired size, and cover with a towel until you have all your circles cut. There is no rule to the size of your tortellini. I like big ones, they look pretty on a plate if you have 3 of them.
- Wet lightly with a finger that's been dipped in water, all around the edge of the circle.
- You will want to then take an everyday teaspoon and place a dollop of the filling dead center, you want to leave a space around the circle to press together to seal.
- Make sure that there are no air bubbles when you make the two edges meet. You want a half circle.
- Press around the half circle edges that met together, making sure that there is a good seal and there's no air bubbles.
- Fold the edges upright and bring together the two end pieces, pressing together.
- Repeat.
Sauce:
1 bell pepper (optional), seeded and diced.
Italian Parsley, chopped fine
Now for the equipment:

An Official Unofficial FAQ: Who is This Sticker Troll?
Who is the Sticker Troll?
How much do you charge for sticker design?
- You'll get it when you get it.
- You have no say in the design.
- No, I will not do changes, unless it's something stupid like a spelling error.
- You won't know what your sticker will look like until you get it.
- You can suggest whatever you want, I'm not going to listen to you because this is art, and you just gotta trust the process.
- You will have no say in what it looks like.
- It's a "blind sticker" concept, intended to be funny.
I am still confused, why are you The Sticker Troll?
To tell the story in under 100 words:
Do you print these stickers?
Well, that's stupid that I have no say in the sticker, why can't you just design me a sticker of my choosing?
Because it's not fun that way. It becomes a job. And I've had to design a sticker for someone who basically volunteered me (didn't ask, just said, by the way while you're at it, create me one too), to create their sticker because I was in the middle of designing a sticker for someone else. I spent days on that sticker only to be told after each edit, "I hate this color, I hate that color, I want the flowers to look this way, I don't like the placement of that, I don't like the placement of that either, nope don't like that placement, can you put it back the way it was 5,000 edits ago?" -- and after a literal week of working on that one sticker, I wanted to punch a hole in my tablet, never do this again for anyone, and basically will NEVER design another sticker for THAT person ever again. I HATE that sticker and refuse to put it up anywhere. I would just as soon never see that sticker ever again.
What if I hate it?

So, you never know when the Sticker Troll could be lurking, waiting for that delicious moment to forever memorialize a moment in time where it was funny. These are parody roast stickers. Even the Queen of Roasts has a sticker dedicated to her for her comment about, "I never know that butter can make noodles taste better, why didn't anyone ever tell me this sooner." I made a comment in the livestream, "Butter is Lube for Spaghetti." and I thought she was going to die laughing, breaking character for a moment. And, a funny memory was born.

Add the garlic cloves and give that a stirry stir until fragrant. Add 1 cup flour to the fat and stirry stir until combined, allow your roux to relax. Deglaze pan with Sherry, and add 75% of the bacon back to the pot.
Slowly add 1 gallon whole milk. Whisky whisk roux mixture with the milk and allow to get happy over medium heat. When thickened, add potato cubes. Add minced chives. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cook Along Episode 3: Key Lime Pie Sugar-free with Alternates
Cook Along With Sivi Episode 3
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
DIRECTIONS: Preheat Oven 350 degrees
- Crush your cookies, you will need roughly 1 3/4 to 2 cups of crushed cookies. Mix in 1 stick of melted butter, 1/2 cup of sugar substitute. Mix thoroughly and press into your pie pan. Place in oven for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, Take 1 cup of key lime juice, 1/2 cup of sugar substitute, zest from key limes, 4 egg yolks, and 14 oz sweetened condensed milk. Mix ingredients thoroughly and pour into pan.
- Bake on a sheet tray for approximately 17 minutes. (Ovens have variances, so you are going to want to check it before calling it good, does it jiggle and seem set in the middle? If not, put it back in the oven for 5 more minutes, and check again. If still not ready, continue baking in 5 minute increments until you have a set pie). The pie will continue to set as it cools. Occasionally, you may see some pooling on the top of the pie after it has cooled, this is normal and you can simply blot with a paper towel.
How does "Show Up Shout Out" Work?
We run a race or spin a wheel with the channel names that are collected, and the winner is selected for the following week. A screen cap of their channel is tranformed into a little cell phone and they are added to the OUTRO, a verse or two is added to the OUTRO about their channel - some are meant to be funny, while there are rare instances where something funny can't be made. When the creator has visited frequently (also not disclosed because of the "drivebys"), and if they are active in the channel chat, they will be added to the group photo. Group photos are updated monthly, as it takes time to create these avatars. Avatars are periodically removed if the person does not appear for 3 months, at least once for a meaningful amount of time, exceptions are given if it's known that the person has not been online for various reasons. These can't be child accounts, simply because of safety.
For faceless channels, we do our best in designing an avatar that suits the channel.
Additionally, those other channels that may not make appearances, but they reciprocate with shout outs on their channel remain in our Outro.
I hope that helps!
Other splash screens may also be seen in Intros and Outros, these are stand out channels that are huge supporters. These may change periodically, usually monthly.
